Payment Policy
Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received.
Tariffs include GST of 15%.
Weekend surcharge of $10/night applies to cabins for Friday and Saturday nights.
An early check in fee for all tent sites, caravans, campervans of $25 will be charged between 8am-2pm
No early check in for cabins and lodge. This is strictly 2pm
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 14 days prior to arrival may incur an administration fee of $10 to $25.
Cancellations within 14 days - first night is non-refundable.
WHOLE LODGE bookings will incur a $100 cancellation fee during the NZ school holidays and a $50 cancellation fee outside of these dates.
Child Policy
Child Rate is for 3-14 years of age.
Whole lodge booking, child/student rate is for 3-17 years of age.
Adult Rate: 15 years and older.
Infants: under 3 years of age (free of charge).
