Payment Policy

Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received.

Tariffs include GST of 15%.

Weekend surcharge of $10/night applies to cabins for Friday and Saturday nights.

An early check in (to be arranged with staff prior to arrival) Fee for all tent sites, caravans, campervans of $25 will be charged between 10am-2pm.

No early check in for cabins and lodge. This is strictly 2pm
Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to arrival will incur an administration fee of $25.
• Cancellations within 7 days of arrival – first night is non-refundable.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of your arrival date will forfeit the entire booking.
• Cancellations after the first night of stay are non-refundable. Date changes for the remaining nights are also prohibited.
• All cancellations of bookings made through third party agents, must be cancelled directly with the booking agent, and their cancellation policy applies.
• If you do not arrive on your reservation date (no show), your booking will be cancelled with no refund or credit.
• No refund or credit will be issued for early departures.
• Date changes * (means moving the entire booking to another date)
• Any date changes within 24 hours of your arrival date. will incur a loss of the first night.
• Reducing the number of days on any booking is prohibited within 2 days of your arrival date.
• Cancellations are prohibited after the first date change.
• *Date changes (to move the entire booking) can only be made 1 time per booking.
ENTIRE LODGE BOOKINGS – CANCELLATION POLICY
• Deposit equal to one night stay is required. Balance must be paid before your arrival date.
• If you fail to clean the Lodge to the standard you received it, you will be charged a cleaning fee.
• Cancellations with more than14 days notice of your arrival date will incur a fee equivalent to one nights stay. (deposit)
• Cancellations with less than 14 days’ notice will incur 100% loss. No refunds.
• Date changes are permitted with more than 14 days’ notice - $100 fee applies.
School Holidays - $200 fee applies.
• Reducing the number of days/persons on any booking is prohibited within 14 days of your arrival date including during your stay.
• No refunds/credit will be issued for early departures.

Child Policy
Child Rate is for 3-14 years of age.
Adult Rate: 15 years and older.
Infants: under 3 years of age (free of charge).
Whole lodge booking - Schools, student rate is for 3-17 years of age.
