Payment Policy
Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received.
Tariffs include GST of 15%.
Weekend surcharge of $10/night applies to cabins for Friday and Saturday nights.
An early check in fee for all tent sites, caravans, campervans of $25 will be charged between 10am-2pm
No early check in for cabins and lodge. This is strictly 2pm
Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to arrival will incur an administration fee of $10 to $25. Fee charged varies on notice given.
• Cancellations within 7 days of arrival - first night is non-refundable. Excludes day of arrival.
• Cancellations made on the day of arrival will incur 100% loss.
• Cancellations after the first night of stay are non-refundable. Date changes for the remaining nights are also prohibited.
• Any date changes,* (means moving the entire booking to another date) with less than 7 days' notice will incur a $25 fee.
• Any date changes within 12 hours of your arrival date. will incur a loss of the first night.
• Reducing the number of days on any booking is prohibited within 2 days of your arrival date.
*Date changes (to move the entire booking) can only be made 1 time per booking. Cancellations are prohibited after the first date change.
WHOLE LODGE BOOKINGS
• Cancellations within 7-14 days of arrival - first night is non-refundable.
• Cancellations made within 7 day of arrival will incur 100% loss.
• Cancellations after the first night of stay are non-refundable. Date changes for the remaining nights are also prohibited.
• Any date changes,* (means moving the entire booking to another date) with less than 14 days' notice will incur a $100 fee. School Holidays - $200 fee
• Any date changes within 12 hours of your arrival date are not permitted.
• Reducing the number of days on any booking is prohibited within 14 days of your arrival date.
*Date changes (to move the entire booking) can only be made 1 time per booking. Cancellations are prohibited after the first date change.
Child Policy
Child Rate is for 3-14 years of age.
Adult Rate: 15 years and older.
Infants: under 3 years of age (free of charge).
Whole lodge booking - student rate is for 3-17 years of age.
